This will not be a quick process but I intend on offering a free intro into how to make money on the internet with your site. It should lead into Niche Blitzkrieg or maybe one day replace it as something I recommend.

This will take a while to write up but I thought I would share my plans with you. I also am intending on doing some more research and back filling some research I had already worked on as well as bringing new information about old research up.

Thanks for waiting and being patient. It will be soon.

New services come up all the time normally they are called different things each time but generally do the same things. As I was reading some news articles I found one that linked to a blog that claimed that cyberspace does not forget, and this is true. This article also claimed that if people are calling out a scam they are more than likely a soulless miscreant sociopath. I was surprised that they nailed me so quickly. Because I have a vendetta against everyone who is trying to steal hard-earned money from people by not living up to what they promise.

I get a lot of attacks against me as a person and how I am stupid and ignorant and that I only push my agenda and the only reason I call these things scams is because I am lazy and do not put forth the effort or maybe even because I do not get paid for them. Here are some truths. I call a scam a scam if it promises but does not deliver, if it is claimed that you can make X amount of money with no work then I expect that to be the case. From that claim you cannot defend it by saying you did not work hard enough. I was told there was no work. The other truth is everything out on the internet has some form of affiliate marketing available which means I could get paid for it. However I choose to promote the ones that I feel takes good care of the customer and deliver what is promised.

Now on to this repair services, apparently for a few grand someone could pay to get content generated that would use search engine optimization techniques to push the bad comments to the ground, and while this may sound good it will not work in most cases. This has been tried against this site many times from what I have seen yet it has not pushed me to the bottom yet. Hopefully one day it will. These services are also recommended to people if you are “new” to the internet and want people to quickly find your site, get a grip people SEO services under a new banner.

But to me this is just another scam, and one more tool that scammers are using to try to steal your money. Why do people hate me and this site? It’s because it works, because readers come and read my garbage writing style and somehow connect to the fact that I cannot spell and my grammar sucks and they get some information they need or are looking for. This does not go well with the scamsters and I understand why.

They claim that people crying scam are out to slow down the churn of innovation, if that is the case then why are most of these scams just remakes of the same old thing, no innovation, no stroke of genius just flat-out lies.

So, they go on to say that if that does not work the reputation repair company can suggest a forensic expert who can discover who is writing the blog and put together a lawsuit and sue them into correction. Now, most people who are outing scams and writing on their blogs about scams do not make much money or do not have any methods of fighting back legally so when they get a deist letter they just give in and remove the content. This is what they want and it allows them to win easily, what they really do not want is you to fight back so we must.

One thing I can say is my information is clear on this site about who runs, and writes these articles and I am easily found. So if you are writing about scams and the people who run them I recommend sticking with the truth, keeping your own opinions out as much as possible and back everything up with research, I have had many people asking me how I handle the legal issues and I always tell them, research then write, and the truth is very easy to defend. Keep exposing them and maybe we should work together on a legal defense fund somehow and start fighting back at the same game they play.

I have received many requests about Partner With Paul and the legitimacy, so I started looking at it and one of the first things I noticed when viewing this page is that it’s just like every other “You can make money on the internet”, it had “proof” on how much money they made, it has the personal touch with the photo and everything you expect from a sales page.

When we look at some of the simple stuff we notice that the photo that is supposed to be Paul and his family is actually a stock photo from IStockPhoto.com. This image has been used on 18 other sites as well. Great shot but not the family.

If we look at the phone number on the Partner with Paul site (347) 562-1179 we see that it also is noted on the following websites:

www.partnerwithshaun.com (Another Partner with .. )
sfxhq.com (Secret Forex Headquarters)

Now can you make money with Partner with Paul? I am not sure but I would bet any information they can give you can find on the internet or in other sources. After by brief reading I see it as a business that just wants to sell you the thoughts or promises that you can make money.

P.S. I am going to start putting together more posts in the coming days to get going again, I have been very busy over the past several months and not had much time to do any research, that is over.

On many scams you will see “screenshots” of earnings from AdSense and Clickbank. I just want you to know you should never trust these as true statements because they are too easy to fake. For example there is a whole site out called Google AdSense Generator (http://googleadsensegenerator.com/) and what it does is you put in the amount of money you made today and yesterday and it will create a pretty valid picture of a AdSense account.

Fake AdSense from Generator

One of the things we have to be sure of is that we confirm or check everything from an external perspective. As you can see in the screenshot it’s very hard to see or determine if this is a fake, one thing I did notice is AdSense does not use “Today’s Earnings:” anymore it now uses “Today’s estimated earnings” in fact it never says you earned any hard amount everything is an estimate until it is finalized about 10 days after the end of the month. This is when you find out what you actually made, now chances are it will not change from your estimated earnings but they do have the right to remove some clicks and verify for fraudulent activity.

Clickbank has the same problems and everyone is trying to prove why you should buy this product or that product. Clickbank is normally just edited in the page with Firefox to show better earnings and then a screenshot is taken. Never trust earnings or statements of income when you are looking at a home based business opportunity. Below you will find a video I found about fake Clickbank earnings

I just want to give a little more information on this lawsuit from reading the actual complaint, the lawsuit is around scams using the Google brand and logo that it suggests sponsorship by Google and showing them how to make money working from home with Google. Google has even received letters complaining about the fraudulent charges thinking they are actually coming from Google and have asked Google to cancel the charges as well as refund the money.

Now we know that it’s in the terms of service and on the site that it’s not actually a Google product or sponsored by Google but not in good positions and not highlighted enough to actually get people to read it. I am still flabbergasted by the amount of people who do not read terms of service before they put credit card information in but I think that has to do with brand trust as well. The FTC obtained an injunction and asset freeze in Nevada against a company which lead to the removal of some of the sites but the Pacific WebWorks sites still remain.

There is a class action lawsuit in Illinois but it is only for Illinois residence and under Illinois law so it will really have not affect on the way these scams are run or any effect in the removal of the scams from the internet. This is why this lawsuit is a good deal as it may actually get rid of some of these sites, I am unsure why Google has not mined its data and removed most of these sites from the indexes as it will actually slow the flow of traffic down a lot.

Google Attorney George Haley said “There’s a major national scam that’s going on across the country”, and went on to talk about Google is being blamed for the massive fraud by some consumers and state attorney generals and that Google wants to find out who is behind these scams that involve at least 2,650 sites.

It has also been mentioned that Google and Pacific WebWorks had reached an “agreement in principle” to settle the lawsuit, boo Google. Now in 2007 Utah Division of Consumer Protection reached a settlement with Pacific WebWorks on the E-Commerce Tutor that supposedly had instructions on how to make money with eBay, now it was using the same types of scams so to me this should be a breach of the settlement and they should be investigating too. The FTC has also filed a lawsuit last June that appears to be connected to Pacific WebWorks.

Now, I will express my disdain for the litigation system because it’s really only about money, if they are going to settle this is what it will probably amount too, Google gets paid, Pacific WebWorks stops using Google’s trademark and starts using a new mark from someone, they scam people for more millions, wait until that person sues, settle that case and move on. No one seems to really care about the consumer.

Google is only out to get its trademark out of the mix and I do not believe they give a damn what happens to the consumers. What do you think?

Google’s lawsuit says it is an action to seek an end to widespread internet advertising scams that is defrauding the public by misusing the Google brand. These scams are urging customers to get a kit supposedly showing them how to make money with Google from home. One of the scams is the Google Adwork program that does not even exist, but Pacific WebWorks will sell it to you and tell you how to use it.

This is the same scams we have worked to uncover where they will charge you a small fee to “get you started” (shipping and handling) and then charge you behind the scenes every month $50 bucks or more from various other companies. These scams are very hard to get out of for the consumer and wreak havoc against personal finances.

Google claims that Pacific WebWorks are part of a network that reuses web sites and shares tools to perpetuate the scams with very little effort. The same templates are used to generate fake blogs, news stories and are already customized to include the location of the customers. We have went over this already a long time ago, what is taking Google so long to catch up?

There are numerous affiliates but Pacific WebWorks is believed to be one of the main operators behind many of the schemes, said Jason Morrison, a search quality engineer at Google.

“These scams play upon some powerful methods of persuasion. Not just by using Google’s logo, but we often see ‘as seen on CNN, Fox News and ABC,’” he said in an interview. “I don’t know if people understand how easy it is to copy an image file on a Web page. They also try to use social proof by creating a fake blog, with a photo of the blogger from his wedding, the new car he bought, and explaining how he lost his job. They go to great lengths to string people along.”

Google is going to remove the fraudulent ads from its network and try to keep them from popping back up. You should research everything before you sign up. You can find more information on Google’s blog post

Last month a class action suit was filed against Pacific WebWorks in Illinois by Barbara Ford so the legal departments for the scammers are getting very busy, with these two lawsuits and the dazzlesmile lawsuit are just loading up lawyers.

While this does not have to do with any particular scam it has to do with the overall problems with affiliate marketing and affiliate marketers. This blog is not about affiliate marketing but it seems that we run into them a lot due to the CPA nature of scams and that they use affiliates to create fake blogs, deceptive landing pages, and more. So the question is should Affiliates be held liable for the scams they promote?

I say yes as these affiliates find high CPA offers and create misleading ads and landing pages that do not tell the truth, we have seen this in the dazzlesmile lawsuit and others recently where the fake blogs are not created by the company who is producing the product but by the affiliate promoting the product. These fake blogs or fake reviews are misleading and do not use fair marketing practices.

While the FTC is trying to crack down on these fake blogs and reviews what about landing pages that say free trial only shipping and handling but do not say anything about the auto ship and do not have it in the terms and conditions. When you are transported over to the payment page it is hidden there in the terms and conditions. But do people even pay attention to the fact they have been transported to a new site? They know when they click a link the page flashes and they are on a new page but they may not know they have been moved by an affiliate link to a new party who’s terms and conditions are not the same as the one they where on before.

We noticed in the dazzlesmile lawsuit however that one affiliate was named but I do not believe it was for the actions as an affiliate but other actions however, there are other affiliates using the dazzlesmile trademark and they are not on the lawsuit? Why not? Do they not have enough money to be considered in suing? Such as dazzlesmile.biz is owned by Nitro Web Media Pvt Ltd in India, should the trademark infringement go after this person? I say yes because the trademark is in the domain name and they are promoting dazzlesmile as the tooth whitening pens.

What are your thoughts? Should affiliate marketers have some protection or should they also be prone to lawsuits from the marketing practices they use. Would this force people into ethical affiliate marketing or am I the only one who believes in promoting products that will be of benefit to the people I am marketing too as well as keeping them safe from scams and identity theft.

One thing I have looked at is how do these scams like Dazzle White, Make Money with Google, Profit Profusion, Twitter scams and others move around the internet and what makes them so prolific. The answer is simple and I blame affiliate marketers. While I have done some affiliate marketing I will attempt to make sure the product I am pushing will be beneficial to both the consumer as well as myself however most affiliate marketers are only looking at one thing and that is the payout.

Scams like Dazzle White use affiliate networks to push the offers to the affiliate with payouts like $40.00 per free trial signup, now mind you how can anyone offer a “free trial” and pay out to an affiliate $40.00? Because they know they are going to take you for your money. The landing pages look good to affiliate and they do have high conversions so these affiliates are making serious money from these offers.

What does affiliate marketing mean to the company running the scam? They get lower advertising costs yes they may have to pay for the conversion but they are not paying for the majority of Pay Per Click traffic in Google Adwords or other advertising engines. These are being run by affiliates. These affiliates are the scum of the earth because they are only worried about the money they make.

Here is how it works?

Company X puts up an offer with affiliate networks like NeverBlue, Linkshare, Commission Junction, and others affiliates log into the system see new offers and start looking at them. Some networks show the 30, 60, 90 earnings for affiliates and what the averages are, the affiliates quickly join the program and get the information they need.

Some create fake blogs and litter them with affiliate links and others create landing pages which links to the payment page and some others just do PPC to test out the offer. They will let these tests run a while and see if they call for more time and effort. After they realize that these offers are converting they will double or triple the efforts until the internet is swamped with these offers. If you are a good at affiliate marketing I have seen affiliate links get indexed with good search engine results and they continue to pay off.

So now the company can say that those are affiliate pages and not from the company themselves and they can even say that they do not support the methods that affiliates are using to gain traffic but they will not get rid of the affiliate because they are converting for them.

So what can we do?

We can stay away from the scams for one but the other thing we can do if we are an affiliate marketing guru is we can vet the offers we are looking at and make sure they are not scams and that they do what they are supposed to do, I do not understand how some of these affiliates can continue to sleep at night, I would bet that a lot of them do not even look at the offer in-depth and only understand high payouts so they may not know. So here is one thing we can do. As we find affiliates that are promoting these scams with fake blogs etc, we can send them an email stating what they are doing and why it should not be supported. Remember most of these people will not care and will probably send you emails that you do not want to read but if we can stop the proliferation of some of these scams we have done a good deed.
