Anthony Morrison – Looking more at the "package" and website

Website Anthony Morrison will build you

Website Anthony Morrison will build you

Since we have received a lot of traffic from Anthony Morrison Advertising Profits from Home I thought I would look at a little more of what you are provided if you where to use the offer. However I see one major flaw with the website that Anthony is promising to build you. I will keep this post short and sweet but if you have more information or have used the website he is offering you can weigh in on what you have found.

One of the biggest flaws I have seen with this website is duplicate content which will not get you good search engine results so you are required to find other ways to generate traffic. Out of all the traffic to this blog 83% of it comes from search engine traffic. This is important to you because this offer relies on conversions of affiliate marketing you will have to get traffic somewhere.

One thing I noticed while listening to the video is that Anthony Morrison will have his team contact you to set up your Google Adwords account so that you can start promoting your site. Remember this too will cost you money because you will have to pay for each click. However think about that, the offers are the same the websites are the same which means all of you will be bidding on the same keywords. Google Adwords will show ads of the higher bidders because they are in the business of making money. This means your cost per conversion will be high and that will not allow you to make money.

These are just my observations why not weigh in with your observations by posting a comment.

UPDATE: We now have a product worth promoting, check out Niche Blitzkrieg as it will show you everything you need to know about setting up niche websites to make a constant income stream, To good to be true? I have been using it now for a while check out the review of Niche Blitzkrieg

I saw Anthony Morrison pitch his “Advertising Profits from Home” program on Donald Barrett’s “Insider Report” on TV. I was impressed. Mr. Morrison and Mr. Barrett appeared sincere in their desire to help the average person make money with Mr. Morrison’s program.

I wrote down all the necessary information for ordering the program. I looked forward to making good money with it, and finally achieving financial freedom.

When I called the phone number provided for Mr. Morrison’s company, Visionary Strategies LLC, a representative told me the call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes. I asked her why they need to record the call to assure quality assurance. I suggested that she take notes if she wants a record of the conversation. She merely repeated that the recording is needed for quality assurance. Then she said she couldn’t process my order since I didn’t authorize the recording, and hung up.

This seems fishy and an invasion of my privacy. The woman’s response prompted me to research Anthony Morrison and Donald Barrett. That’s when I came across this Scam Times website.

My biggest concerns about Mr. Morrison’s program, in addition to what I described above, are:

1. He didn’t refer to the competition with other respondents having their own websites, and how that might impact my earnings, on the infomercial;

2. He didn’t refer to the $20 to $40 per month cost of the website his company would create for me, on his infomercial.

If people really are making money with this program, or with any of Mr. Morrison’s programs, I’d appreciate being provided with some details. Perhaps there’s money to be made with this, but I’m staying clear of this until I see some real evidence that there is.

@Gary there is possibly money to be made with affiliate marketing which is what this is but the methods used is not the best in this endeavour. Like I said before if you want to do affiliate marketing you can make money but it is very hard and the competition is very stiff. You can find information on affiliate marketing online by doing some Google searches and sign up with Commission Junction, Linkshare, Amazon Associates, or several other affiliate programs.

@Plumber If the information is false prove what is false, the programs I am pointing out will not help people achieve. Also remember in order for defamation of character to occur, the alleged victim actually has to have character to defame in the first place.

Matt, I just recently ordered the Anthony Morrison book and program CDs. The CDs and the books and all the emails which flood your inbox can get you started but for an average you end up spending $500-600 initially to actually setup a site and I do not know how long it will take to recoup your investment as it seems pretty tedious. Plus most of the information in the book which is badly printed, btw, is already available online, linkshare etc. I think the best bet will be to try the online resources and take it from there.
My experience unless, the user is tech and net savvy don’t use this program !

Infomercial sounds great but the promised site is just the barebones and nothing else.

Everyone must realize that there is no easy path to riches, no matter what you do. There will be competition, their will be pitfalls and disappointment. This program like many others open up possibilities to get you started on the journey to success. It’s up to the individual to make it work.

I opted to buy the book and get involved, taking into consideration the 30 day money back guarantee. The afternoon of the very day, that, I bought the book (over the phone), I decided to cancel my order….BEFORE they even had a chance to send the book to me.
I’ve submitted support ticket after support ticket, to NO avail. All I get are canned answers saying that someone will contact me.
Support tickets were sent to his billing dept. So far EVERYTHING is through machines. NO live person yet. I’m afraid I’ve been ripped off. What kind of customer service is this.
Not the kind any legit business, I’ve ever dealt with has. I simply want to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee and get my money back.
Not looking too good………………………

I’m afraid I fell for the Anthony Morris scheme of making money by working hard. I have been working on this stuff for two months. I still don’t have a “working” website. I cannot get to talk to anyone other than the technical people. I was charged $59.95 out of the blue that I DID NOT ORDER, but they keep giving me the runaround about needing this and that. I NEVER ORDERED this product, and they don’[t have a record of it, but I can’t get my money back. AND DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PMI $3500 product. It’s not worth it! I’m very disappointed that I was taken in.

@Gary Kruppa

There is no reason to get all uptight about them recording the phone call…

Most companies have to do this to legally protect themselves and make sure the phone reps are being honest and ethical with what they say, otherwise there is no proof and if someone tried to sue they’d be in a bind…

Hope that helps :)

I grew up pretty poor in Ohio. In 2007 when I was barely 19 I got a job as a salesperson at a car dealership for about 5 months, and ended up sleeping with 4 or 5 male coworkers, including my married boss. I wrecked several cars, and even had a hit and run. I cyberstalked that boss for a few years after it happened… Needless to say I didn’t feel too great about myself. If you google my name, you will see that I have found a way to make money online for some time now. There are so many free advertising sites now its crazy! Everyone on here wants to say this system is a scam, but if it were, it wouldn’t be legal. Not everyone is going to make millions, but many people give up before they even have a chance to. Anthony can’t give his book away for free, it cost money to publish a book, and hold those seminars. He is obviously successful, stop whining because you can’t figure it out, or your too lazy to work hard!

The biggest problem with affiliate marketing is that people expect it to be easy. The truth is that there is no easy way out and that is why our country is failing so miserably. We have a generation of give it to me people who want “easy”. Guess what? it ain’t easy!
Anthony is a good genuine person. I know him personally and I am critical. he knows how to make money with affiliate marketing. he does a good job of teaching it in his book and with his coaching. he has helped many make money with it but even he does not try to say that you will make millions. he doesn’t tell you it will be easy. His book and free videos are full of “it will take work” language. he is a good man trying to provide help to many. the problem comes when fools think that it is “the answer” and they won’t have to do anything.
Bottom line, I know him. He is a good person. He provides good information. He tells you to buckle down and expect to work. Every call in the world is recorded, Duh!
If you don’t want to put forth the effort for a legitimate business don’t slam the teacher who tries to tell you how to do it.
Oh and by the way, for those who don’t recognize what this site is…It is full of affiliate offers. Exactly what Anthony teaches. Notices the ads at the top? right? and in the middle of the article? Who gets paid when those are clicked on? LOL, this page IS what Anthony teaches.

The ads on the top for Niche Blitzkrieg is an affiliate offer yes, the ads on the side and content are Google AdSense they are not my affiliate ads they are just general ads that people have added on the AdSense network. Speak what you know not what you think.

Lovena, it has been 6 month since your post. You promised to let us kow how this worked for you.
I bought the book but because of various problems have been “too busy” to work on it. Those of you who have negative comments, are you also “too busy”.
Well, now I do have some time. I have looked into several opportunities and have begun working on one I really believe in. I have earned a little and believe I will continue to make a little. It is not a “get rich quick scheme”. I do intend to continue with it, but now that I have it set up, it only takes at most 15 hours per month, so I am looking for something else. Before I begin investing my time in this, I would like to hear from some one who is working it and is making “some” money with it.

I admit I bought the book and I have yet to make any money off it. I do believe it has benefits to it tho. Making money is never easy and almost never free. It takes money to make money. I am always very skeptical about any infomercials that only air in the wee hours of the morning but Adam and his program did catch my eye and eventually my money. I have learned from his book and I’m eagar to get started in the business, for those facts alone I’m not upset with buying the book because otherwise I probably would have never heard of the business. Thanks for your insight on the topic tho and I’ll get back to you when I begin my journey to really see if his techniques work. P.S I also got a call from a guy representing the program who tells me he’s here to help me with my work. Hasn’t rubbed me the wrong way so far.

Just got off the phone w/ the ‘manager’ that picks the people that will receive ‘free’ training. Come to find out, that FREE training /w/ a trip to Utah for 3 days to train w/ Anthony in person would cost me $15,000. I could put it on my credit card. Well, anytime something costs THAT much, it makes me stop to think about what am I getting myself into. Then, when I became concerned about all of that $$$$ he started to badger me that if I don’t put money up front to make much more money & can’t get over my ‘fear factor’ that I would be stuck in that job w/ no way out & continue to have the miserable existance that I’m in. The more he badgered, the more I became angry. I’m 63 years old & don’t need someone to tell me how miserable I am & that I’ll never get out of my miserable existance. Well……. I’m getting ready to retire & just wanted something to supliment. I’m not miserable. I’m ready to retire. Sure there are things I would like to do if I had more $$$$ but NOT THAT BAD to put up w/ someone that is probably be the age of my son. SHAME ON YOU!!

Very simple. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If you spend 20.00 and 30 minutes a day you will make lots of money. In my opinion that sounds too good to be true. Better use for 20.00 dollars will be to save it until I need it for something important.

This Anthony is a smooth talking salesman and the offer seems promising; but I’m one of those people that checks out things throughly. Especially when it involves the internet. It’s a hard economy and nobody can afford to give their money away for something worthless. Not saying it is but you have to be skeptical about claims these pitchmen put out there. Still gathering info.

i bought the book and dvd package. i took his tutorials which are many videos full of great content. however when i went to open a “campaign” on google a little message comes up saying you need to call an agent at such and such a number and upgrade for a fee. so he baited me for days while digging into the tutorials then when i was ready to take the first step as a marketer he said upgrade or no service. scam? not totally scam, just cloudy and full of surprises. he should just display a list of total specific services offered for specific fees. oh well atleast i learned a little about google adwords.

If you need help deciding how to make money online, affiliates, etc… it is a good book and has plenty of information to help you and get you started.

I bought it not really expecting to get much out of it as I am already running two sites doing just that of my own. Most everything I have implemented myself was in the book with a few new tricks I discovered.

It isn’t a scam, it is a way to teach those who need it to help try and make money. Some people will and others won’t. Actually less probably will than won’t. It is in your own desire and willingness to work at it.

He states most everything in the video some people complain about weather its “I didn’t know I had to pay for advertising” which he states in the video unless you want free less money making techniques or “The website is identical to his and competition is great”, well that only takes common sense to figure out.

Either way I would be neutral to tell you if you can make money with this — if you have the fuel in yourself to exhale and have the willingness not to give up and give it time to develop go for it. Otherwise it might not be for you. However it can work.

I too was intrigued by the Anthony Morrison internet program as it definately got my attention and I almost never watch infomercials. After reading all of these posts (which I found to be fair and balanced), I have decided against buying this program. The comment Sue had made about having to pay $15k for a trip to Utah for some “free” training left a bad taste in my mouth.
I think I would equate this type of program with one of those weight loss programs where you see a before and after picture of a woman saying “I just lost 20 pounds on the so and so diet”. I do believe this woman did in fact lose the 20 pounds. However, if you notice at the bottom of the screen in small print with all of those weight loss commercials you will always find those 3 magical words: “RESULTS NOT TYPICAL”.
So, yes, im sure Mr. Morrisons program does work for some people, but im sure you will have to eventually invest more money that he leads on on TV. The reoccuring theme with these posts is that, with anything else, it will take alot of hard work, desire, and probably money to acheive this.

Hi! Just ordered Anthony Morrison’s program, after watching the infomercial on T.V. Also ordered the website “set-up” service 30-day trial offer. Total cost: $266.75. I’m willing to work hard and certainly have the desire for success, but I need to see some results within a couple of months, since money is “tight.” I’m concerned about how much my monthly automatic deductions/debits will cost me. Is this offer legit? I respect Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of the “Chicken Soup For The Soul” series, who is also featured on the infomercial. If I’ve been scammed, I’ll certainly place an automatic “stop payment” order with my financial institution, as well as contact the U.S. district attorney, state’s attorney, and FCC. to file suit for fraud. However, if the program shows promise and potential, I’ll work on it like crazy! Can anyone out in cyberspace give me some advice, based on their personal experience, and not mere opinion? A little help, please. Many thanks-”concerned customer”

Competition surrounds the starters, the beginners and especially top company money making business affiliations. There will always be a what if, does it work, who can I talk for some advice, I’m working on it and I just can’t seem to open my door to the big picture! All these come to many conclusions, it can be one or it can be many giving you different advice to your answers. I believe this system does work, like it was said, “If it were fake, it wouldn’t even air the internet or the tv to advertise” Legal as is, unless the companies he’s working with that advertise his success is also a SCAM. The amount of work and effort put into something like this, is determined on one solo person, and that is you, us in general. Some may say its a scam, but because maybe those are also competitors working for other companies and are distributing the word and brain washing others, so Anthony won’t beat their criteria. Everything is show to perform, the way you enforce the stance to this future money making system is all on how you dry your sweat after the hard working hours on something or anything similar to step by step system like this. I have not ordered this, but I will soon. The reason maybe they ask for monthly deposits is quite agreeable noticing the fact you can make money. Hes basically throwing it in your face telling it does work, but what of the hours you put will determine how you succeed, money earnings aren’t easy, so whining shouldn’t be a drip coming out your mouth if you think this is easy. Never take advice much from a person when you know stories all come to some sort of mix up and lost. You the person should distinguish what’s right from wrong and not listen to anybody else and seek others for answers. If you wanna make money, push the effort, your buying the book, well then show what you can do and don’t give up. Legit driven I do see from this man, but one thing I do believe in is if he is a lie, well then by God he is the antichrist putting this economy into a blackhole while rubbing us from out pockets.
