Well if you have been watching and know whats going on the “real” dazzlesmile is suing the world. You can find the dazzlesmile lawsuit article we did and read a little background if you want. The good news is this, dazzlesmilepro.com and others are now reporting they are “No longer selling this product or anything related to DazzleSmile”.
Now this is only partially true, what this means is they have re-branded again. I have not found what that re-brand is yet but I have heard Ultra White and other names. So if someone finds this out let me know. We do know they are still selling Dazzle White on the same domains but this time its not a two pen offer it does not seem to be.
Is this good?
Yes, and no the problem is this now, customers who are trying to return product are now being told that they do not sell, support or have anything to do with dazzlesmile so they can not take a return or give a refund. This is one way for them to just keep all the money, I bet they continue billing like they have been however and will probably keep shipping out product to people who bought dazzlesmile. They will just give it a new name.
Chime in and let me know what you think. I think its a mixed bag and really the only person losing is the consumer again.

The new name for the dazzlesmile / dazzlewhite scam is Premium White and Premum White Pro. Same people (Jesse Willms/Just Think Media/ Farend), same scam.

One poster was conned via one of Willms’ scam ads which appeared in an Oprah Winfrey newsletter!!!
I have had AUD$316.26 in total in UNAUTHORISED charges by this scammer, but fortunately my bank (Commonwealth Bank of Australia aka CBA) has been very helpful. They have cancelled my credit card & are issuing a new one. They’re also filing a dispute claim with their fraud department & have told me they should be crediting all the charges back to me.
Others have not been so lucky.
Yes, the best thing you can do is contact your bank as soon as possible and get them to cancel your credit card immediately. They will usually do it right there and then over the phone – my did anyway (NAB). And then file an electronic transaction dispute with your bank – based on fraudulent and deceptive conduct. Hopefully you will then get your money back. But with your credit card cancelled there won’t be any further charges to your credit card by these scammers.
