Companies are creating more and more offshore shells to do business as and this is just one example but this is one I am interested in and will continue to investigate so you can call this Just Think Media episode 1 part 1. This is one crappy company who is taking advantage of anyone they can even the BBB thinks they are flunkies. They are the Dazzle White, Dazzle Smile, and other crappy scams that deal with everything from Google to Acai berry scams. I think Just Think Media has had its time and now its time for consumers to come forward and put an end to this. As we discussed in our As Seen on Television Podcast Episode 3 this company is run by Jesse Willms.
Most of these sites listed below are all the same in a sense you will order a free trial and then get billed for much more. I quote from the BBB
In most cases, the free sample is never received and the consumer are charged $58.76 for monthly membership and monthly auto shipments which they did not realize they were signing up to.
As well consumers seem unaware that they are also signing up to an Insider Secrets Tips package and the Comprehensive Weight Loss eBook package for just $3.24 and $7.14 a month when signing up to the free trial process.
Farend Services Ltd or Farend Services Limited uses the address of 3 Athinodorou Street, 2025 Dasoupoli, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus to say that is where they are located and we call BS. When we look at that address we can find several companies using that address and they are.
GardenRoad Holdings Limited
Lastzone Trading Limited
Shelma Holdings Limited
Wastersnow Trading Limited
Basic Solution Services Limited
Farend Services Limited
Semadene Holdings Limited
Watersnow Trading Limited
S.E. SPEEDMASTER ENTERPRISES LIMITED
So that is either a mail drop in Cyprus for people to register a company and do illicit and possibly illegal deeds or they are all related to one person we have not dug deep enough so at this point lets just assume its a mail drop.
Notice that Farend Services Ltd has an address and that is what they are trying to show on terms of services for the sites they are running. However Farend also has a P.O. Box in the United States which hopefully puts them under jurisdiction of the FTC because complaints need to be filed.

The terms of service on these affiliate sites made me laugh but one reason you have to read the terms of service. Here is an excerpt of the terms of service.

The affiliates and affiliate networks who promote this scam need to be called out too – it is them who give the oxygen of publicity to the scammers and spread the ads and fake blogs across the internet.
Check out: http://www.findaffiliateoffers.com/index.php?function=search&search=dazzle&=
That shows that Clickbooth; Copeac; Global Ad Revolution; Market Leverage; motive interactive; Neverblue and WotoGepa are all promoting this scam and all these networks have thousands of affiliates.
By the way Just Think Media / Farend are aslo promoting a work from home scam called Online Cash Success Kit.

Hello,
First off, I would like to apologize if you have had a negative experience with one of our products. All websites have the terms and conditions are listed in more than one place and clearly explain the offer details. The customer actually has to physically check a box stating they have read and agreed to the offer details in order to proceed with placing the order. The offer details are listed above the “check box†so the customer can clearly see the offer details before clicking “Yes, I agreeâ€.
Just Think Medias products are of the highest quality. All products consist of clinically proven ingredients. We are so confident in all our products that we offer a full 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all physical products. All we request is that the customer simply return the unused portion within 30 days of being charged and we will offer them a full refund less the shipping charges.
Again, I do apologize if you have had a negative experience with our company. If you would like to contact me personally please email us at [email protected] and ask that your email be forwarded to Manager. I will personally respond to you from there.
Thank you,
The Manager
Your Kidding me right?
Oh please Dazzlewhite, Dazzlesmile …. blah-blah-blah … etc. You people are rip off artists. I got the credit card fraud department on you guys and have alerted my lawyer too. No decent business has to sneak around they way this company does and change names every week. I can’t wait until this company is brought down. I’ll be waiting with my hand out.
What a load of crap you are. It has cost me hundreds vi my credit card which my bank reversed all costs. You make me sick with your low ethical behviour.
I never do this. But I stupidly did sign up for this… and I took screen shots along the way. And even have copies of the web pages.
I called after I received the materials a week later and got the run around and the guy on the phone who sent me the link to:
http://www.acaiforcemax.com/terms-and-conditions.php
These are all the terms and conditions that were supposedly on the other pages where I ordered ( they were not there and I can prove it). Read carefully – in this terms and conditions document you as the buyer agree not to participate in a class action lawsuit against the company and you will even need to help them pay for their legal defense.
I used the screen shots that I made and went back to the exact web pages that I purchased on and they look quite different than the web pages that they referred me to when I called in to cancel. And the offer that I read on the pages onto the sales pages have outright lies about the offer… they say things like “NO OBLIGATION, CANCEL ANYTIME”
When the reality is …sure you can cancel… but you still have to pay.
Sent the garbage back today – has a whole bunch of other things besides acai that aren’t so health oriented in it. And supposedly it has to get back to their warehouse in 8 days from now. But at the bottom of the return instructions it says that they can take up to 10 days once they receive it back to process it back into the warehouse.
I would have to have sent it back before I received it to get it back in time for me not to be charged.
And what kind of honest ethical company has more than one set of offer/purchase pages? If they really are on the up and up why all the subterfuge. They have also very intelligently set up dummy news pages that appear much like network news pages but really are advertisements for their products.
According to the other scam alert pages about this… the only thing to do is cancel my credit card. So I did… and guess what they billed me 6.99 today… for trying to cancel?
Don’t get suckered.
@Just Another Sucker 2 things to do besides cancel your credit card. Read How to file a complaint with the FTC and why you should and file a complaint. The second thing you can do is send me the screenshots and any supporting information and I will post it with your story if you want me to. Sorry to hear about your problems.
These companies are SCAMS.

Advertisement: Don’t break the bank: A mom’s trick to whiter teeth
http://www.ws5alert.com/whiten/ukwhiten/
The people who write in saying it’s NOT a scam are paid by the companies to try to cover up the scam, saying people are stupid for not reading the small print.
In the article from the mom it says in bold text “she was able to do so for less than £3 by using free trial offers she found online”. If that is not misleading I don’t know what is. When you sign up it’s not £3 at all, they slap on delivery charges and the small print is so small it’s barely legible. It’s basically affiliate marketing SCAM.
The advertisements are misleading and fool people into handing over their debit / credit card deals for a “Free Trial Offer”, this is NOT a free trial, and it’s a CON. The companies are set up in a way to con people out of their money.
The only method of communication is by phone or through the Live chat on “ http://www.trypurelywhite.com†website. They will not respond to any emails from their email address: [email protected]
I would recommend:
- Call the company up. Cancel the product.
- Do NOT open the product.
- Return by recorded delivery so it can be tracked.
- Write letters of complaint to the place where you clicked on these ads, to get these ads removed. I found this ad in HOTMAIL.
- Post complaints on all forums to let people know it’s a scam.

@Warrior of Light
great advice!
The Aurora CO DazzleSmile USA address is the address of the corporate headquarters for AtLast Fulfillment. Apparently, Dazzle Smile (and other Farend/Just Think Media “companies”?) use AtLast to warehouse and ship their products. AtLast offers complete services, warehouse, shipping, call centers, credit card handling, etc.etc. for those wanting to sell products on the internet. AtLast has their own website. Explains a lot.
@Smitty I will look into this relationship and see if I can find any patterns that AtLast has
AtLast may simply be a legit fulfillment company. Their officers are all shown on their website and AtLast has made no attempt to conceal their WHOIS identity as they are shown as the registrant. Farend/JustThink tries to hide their identity by registering their domain names through Moniker. Using a 3rd party fulfillment company may help to explain how a handful of people (or just a single person) can handle so many different products (“companies”) through so many websites.
@Smitty they do deal with a lot of big business so I would say they are legit, wonder if they know about the people they are dealing with
S.E. SPEEDMASTER ENTERPRISES LIMITED is also linked to Farend – it’s on some more Just Think Media websites and on affiliate sites linking to them:
eg:
trymusclemight.com
quickacaidietsource.com
totalcleanse.net
stevegotripped.com
zacgetsripped.com
celebswhiteteeth
and many more:

@Chuck yeah I had them listed just did not do any research yet on them glad to see you have. I will write a new post one of these days and include those domains, I am working on a tool that will identify all these domains eventually still working on it
Thanks guys, I am from NZ and was also suckered into this, i “chatted” with someone named “Brooke” whom cancelled my subscription and recommended i call a nz toll free number which i have found out has been cut off due to phone scams. I will send the crap strait back to that nz address you posted when it arrives, just hope i dont get charged the first fee!! oh and the extra $10 international postage is awesomely explained on the receipt page…not!! Will keep an eye on this page for future updates!
Hey Regan, I am from NZ to and spoke to Brooke via internet mail and was scammed like 100′s of others. Told me my order was cancelled as per my request and I was still getting charged the following month. I cancelled my card and thebnk reversed all charges. Lying bastards like this need hanging.
Hi Georgina, I have just been charged for another shipment of premium white after sending the trial back the day it arrived. Have all the info to send to the bank and they will dispute it. I have setup a facebook page called I Hate Internet Scams! so check it out and become a fan. I am trying to put links to all these websites on it to warn people so they dont make the same mistake! See you all on facebook soon!
Here is another fake news site
http://www.world-jobs-herald.com
http://www.PremiumWhiteProFreeTrial.com and http://www.teethwhitening-expert.com are the new names they are operating under now. Same company though. Please add these to your list so others don’t mistake them for a legit company. :)
To anyone from nz who reads this site AFTER making the mistake of dealing with this company. 1.Contract them through live chat, quote your order number and cancell any further shipments. This will take you off their preferred customer list and you should get a cancellation number. Save the conversation to your email address (prompt on page) also ask for a tracking number for what you are receiving. 2. contact your banks credit card disputes number, let them know whats going on and fax all documents to them. 3. Email [email protected] and tell them you dont want any further shipments.. and anything else you want to tell them! save this and fax to bank also. 4. Phone 0800 456 212, quote your order number and product name ( premium white pro ) DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!! THEY WILL ASK FOR IT!! They will then email you the return address which is Dazzle Smile NEW ZEALAND P.O Box 210014 Laurence Stevens Drive, Manukau 2154. 5. As soon as package arrives put it into a courier overnight track and trace bag with the exact address and your order number on the front and your return address and the date and time you sent it on the back. For the sample if it arrives to them and is processed within the 14 days you should not be charged anymore and it is up to your bank to dispute further charges. If you have only realised after you have been charged the $88 or whatever american dollars, still follow these instructions and send whatever product you get back and if processed within 30 days you should not be charged anymore!! This company was on Fair Go a few weeks ago.. pity i missed it! Hope this helps any NZer who has made the same mistake as me!
http://www.successgrants.com is the same company.
I too clicked on the link to get a grant package for $1. A week later I had an $80 charge in my account. They emailed me from an “Unemployment” email the day I filed for unemployment. I just assumed that it came from the unemployment office. It is real shady business to take money from people that need it. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and have put my bank card on hold. I am not sure what else can be done. When I spoke with Success Grants customer service, they refused for me to speak to a supervisor, and hung up on me 3 times. This is when I realized that it was a fraud.
If anyone needs my help in a lawsuit, or has any way that we can get our money back, please let me know.
@Carrie Also file a complaint with the FTC http://www.scamtimes.com/scam-times/file-complaint-ftc/
I also fell for this scam got a free trial offer from http://www.acaiforcemax.com i am now in the process of trying to find a return address for them. i am in the uk. i have tried cancelling the order and subscription via live chat on their website because the phone number they give no longer exists. I got a cancellation number from the live chat but am not sure whether this will really cancel it. Any advice on what I should do would be much appreciated also any phone numbers or return address for this site. Thank you
I was charge for something that I never received, the charge are under these names: Beutyclub, Premierewhitening , wellbheath and prewhite. I called premiumwhite to cancel they gave me two cancellation number for premiumwhite and dazzlesmile. What can I do to be refund and to be sure that I will have no more charges on my credit card.
Thansk for your help
Nathalie
My Heart goes out to people. I’m not sure if I should do this or not. But the company is a scam. I work for Order Taking.Com . OrderTaking actually takes the calls for the Scam Company. These people are good and they stay 10 steps ahead of the public.
I would love to talk more to you, email me if you can
http://www.premiumwhitepro.com
another dodgy one ..Assholes
I have found out that this business is actually Justthink Media (justthinkmedia.com) – as you can guess they don’t aknowledge this. I have complained to them and HOPE I hear no more from them or get any further charges. I will keep you all posted. If anyone wishes to write to me my e-mail account is [email protected]. Good luck to all of you in pursuit of getting your money returned. I have faxed copies of my letters to my credit card Company.
PS – False advertising or what?!?
yep, me too. When and where is the class action suit taking place.
I filed with BBB and FTC. Cancelled credit card, and spoke to attorney general. How can this company operate in the U. S. with so many consumer rights laws? Did someone have screen shots of the site when ordering? Does it show that the site changed or any inconsistencies?
Hi I’m also from NZ but have checked this scam alert first. Thank goodness.
Watch out for another marketing ploy from this lot- to do with google ads. I came through from a banner targeted at New Zealanders. http://bizsuccessblogs.com/sophiefrude/blog/page2.php#comments
It then goes through to this link. http://www.quickprofitkit.com/index.php
All the same Farend company in Cyprus.
Be careful out there!
I’m in the UK – and have fallen for a scam from this company. This product is called CLEARLIFT ULTRA. It is part of Farend Services – I feel such a fool. I had 14 days from requesting the trial in which to cancel – which I did, but $87.62 IS going to be withdrawn from my account in a few days time, nonetheless. I have been informed of how this amount may be refunded – return the product once it arrives (tracked) – and phone the UK branch of the company ASAP with the tracking number – they might be able to stop the withdrawal of funds.
I found this at http://www.clearliftultra.com/index.php – and I sincerely regret having signed up.
Do yourself a favor and cancel the card with your bank and have them send a new one out RIGHT AWAY. I got hit from ACAI and then out of no where world club fitness charges me 41 days later saying I had a membership. CANCEL THE CARD YOU USED. If you don’t it will haunt you.
I was caught by Dazzlesmile (advertised on FaceBook).
No free trial received but at least 3 transactions taken from my debit card. All Cyprus based buetyclub, ultiwhite…My bank says they can’t cancel because I gave the company my details. I have to contact company to cancel. So far have only managed to contact Dazzlesmile now trading as something else. They gave me cancellation # for Dazzle and world fitness club.
Bank says still can’t do anything. If I cancel card or bank account VISA will still hold me liable for any transactions these companies request in the future. I don’t know what affiliated co. may strike next.
My Bank says it isn’t a scam because I signed up for the free trial.
Don’t know what to do. I thought a bank protected your money. It would be safer under the mattress.
@Karen I found these numbers do not know if they still exist or not.
Beutyclu 866-847-7659
Pristinelt 866-676-4122
Ultifreshwell 866-948-5508
If you can’t buy it in the malls/ retail shops – don’t buy it over the net I say…keep your hard earned money safe from these arseholes.
http://www.quickprofitkit.com This another scam I payed $1 for info they started taking money from my account $90 aus +2 both times it came out under the name of ezykit the bank gave me the address to write to the to Farend Services PO Box10276 Des Monies Iowa 50381 US to cancel whatever I signed up for which I have never recieved anything… It sounds like the same company for all these scams they sould be jailed I am not well off and try hard to get by with what I have and people like this can just get away with this hundreds of peolpe are in the same boat its so wrong
@Julie they are in a little bit of hot water now there is a pending lawsuit and more to come from my understanding http://www.scamtimes.com/product-scams/dazzlesmile-files-lawsuit-media-epic-advertising-aka-azoogle/
Hi Matt Great to see that someone else is also on the case of these scaming bastards – excuse my language but right before Christmas I could have really done without all the hassle and money loss these guys have caused me. I’m not sure where you are but from the UK i’ve not been able to respond any other way except this telephone number – 08006800623. I’ve been given several numbers and addresses for the same company but the returns one i’ve been given is different to everyone else it is Dazzles Tray Kit United Kingdom, BTB Mailflight Ltd, Unit 2B Viking In Est, Hudson Rd, Bedford, MK410QB.
I f you wish for any more info i’ll be only too happy to oblige
I have just made the mistake of ordering a fre e trial then seen this site and am now panicking how to cancel.
The company is Everbrite can I cancel successfully.
Only did this at 2.00pm 12 th April now its 2,15pm same day and In am trying to put this right.
Hi there, just an update of what you have seen in my above posts. After seeing the charge on 4th dec (for not returning the trial product) i cancelled my credit card and phoned the nz 0800 number i listed above. gave them my track and trace number which proved the product arrived to me on 20th nov, was sent to the nz warehouse listed above and signed for acceptance on 23rd nov. they then confirmed the charge would be reversed and have sent an email of that conformation. I will send all info to bank when dispute form arrives just incase any other charges are made by this company or affiliates. The best time i found to get hold of 0800 help was 5.30am nz time, dont let operator to put you on to superviser to do payment cancellation, they will put you on hold FOREVER! Just tell them to do it because they can and will! Oh and they have updated the premium white site telling people to beware of scams…. pot calling the kettle black!! BUT they also now tell you many times to read TERMS AND CONDITIONS which i guess is an improvement, hopefully it will steer people away! Thats all from me, i have a facebook site I Hate Internet Scams! if anyone wants to become a fan and chat more! Bye!
I am another that has been scammed by dazzle white. I signed up for the free trial and stupidly gave them my credit card number to pay for postage. Since then they have taken approx $200 out of my account. The product is a load of crap and I have since cancelled my credit card, returned the product and sent them an email an am trying to get my money back.
HI I too have been a sucker for this. Paid for an ebooklet on a supposed home business money making scheme, and 2 days later they took out over 50 GBP. Only when I looked at receipt did I see that it was in the small print and to cancel I had to phone the US ! ( I’m in England)
Have cancelled with the bank but as I am on low income and in poor health cannot afford this every month and feel ripped off. Antyone in England know where I can turn to?
Just got scammed by AcaiForceMax and MuscleMight websites. Same experience as others – paid $1.95/$.99 for trial samples then was charged over $432.72 (5 pmnts @ approx. $86ea) over 2 months. There was NO information regarding further enrollment or charges anywhere near the forms I completed. I create websites and made sure of this. I was even contracted via phone within the hour about enrolling in a program and I declined.
Now I have cancelled my credit card, reported it as fraud and will soon follow up with the BBB and others.
Not sure what prompted it, but I received an email that my subscription had been cancelled and funds would be refunded. Within 2 weeks 100% of the funds (withdrawn by various company names) were credited. I reported the withdrawals as fraud to my bank, but I received this message before any action was taken. I never received any shipments past the initial ‘free trial’ samples.
I’ll be more cautious when dealing with these sort of offers in the future.
Hi my name is Maria. I’d like to talk to anyone out there who ordered up the free trial offer from this company and got dinged for charges after… did it happen to you? Did you get your money back? You can e-mail me at [email protected]
Thanks :)
I was stupid enough to order a free trial on http://www.myeverbritesmile.com
After ordering this rubbish I googled it I found out about this disgusting fraud. Obviously I did it in the wrong order…I should have looked it up beforehand. I received this “order confirmation” (see below) and have tried to cancel, but only managed to get through to this US number once (myself in UK) and I was told they don´t have my details nor the order number. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
I have already tried to call ALL the numbers I could find on the interent linked to these companies (they’re all one company anyway)
Any suggestions??

If you or someone you know feels they have been misled my Jesse Willms please visit our website and submit your request for a FULL REFUND. It seems that since we began an all out compain against Willms that we now are being asked the question “What would it take for us to stop?” Well the short answer is Give back to those that feel you have misled them. So we began a website blog to make Jesse Willms accountable. If you submit your information with us we will in turn forward this to Jesse Willms.
Same scam and I got suckered. i did follow through with the Colorado BBB and they filed the same complaint to their Alberta, Canada offices. Don’t think I will see any resolutions though but did sign up in the petition for a class action law suit. Matt – help?? Any updates for now??? Thanks, mate.
It seems this guy also runs several Japanese Adult Video sites, which of course contain thousands of pirated movies. They’re called Japan VCD Network and their support is listed as – Japan VCD Network UK Office: 72 High Street, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2LA. (which of course i discovered is home to Just Think Media.. among others!!). Sites i’ve found are [link redacted] and [link redacted] . I haven’t signed up or paid anything, i’m an affiliate for other JAV sites and while looking for new sites to promote i discovered these guys, very dodgy!!
* Sorry but I can not let links that are Adult in anyway come in. *
