As I eluded to in the earlier post that Anthony’s brother was doing a testimonial I noticed it was not on the website to view however it is located on YouTube so below is the video. There is no disclaimer or any other information saying that he is related. So now I will be trying to research into each of the testimonials to see if they are related or even networked on a social network site.

@Diane there is no law and I wont state it as a legality, however there is ethical marketing and using a relative for a testimonial is not exactly ethical if you do not disclose it. However the FTC is stepping in on stuff like this with testimonials.
