Oprah, Rachael Ray, Brad Pit and others Acai Berry scam warning

You will see several sites claiming to be “Oprahs flat stomach diet” and other sites that will claim endorsements by Dr Oz. or Rachael Ray. These sites are scams, they are nothing more than trying to sell you a product based on acai berries which in themselves are not bad but the scams are horrible. You will fight forever trying to get the charges off your credit card and get the auto shipments canceled. Do not sign up for a risk free trial for any acai berry item.

If you want acai berries then get some from a reputable company. For example Walgreens has acai berry products which you can find in this search result. I do not endorse Walgreens or even the products themselves. I just want the truth to be known. Oprah, Rachael Ray, nor any of the people cited on these websites endorsed these products or comapnies. In fact they even say that on the very fine print of the websites. However they know like others that most people do not read fine print because they believe it to be just another wall of legal text.

The risk free trials that I eluded to above are not risk free at all. You are required to opt out within 14 days or you will recieve further shipments of these products. Most of these products cost around 80 dollars a month. You may also be signed up for other services with the credit card you provided. One of those known products you will get signed up for is “Ultra-Slim” this is also in the fine print. If there is one thing besides scamming a scammer knows how to do it’s protect from legal action at all cost. They will tell you they are full of it in the fine print while convicing you to purchase.Stay away from these sites at all cost here is a small sample of the sites you must avoidAcai Berry – The Natural Answer To Fast Weight Loss In 2009 (http://drozdiet-acaiberry.com/)Acai Berry Warnings (http://www.acaistruth.com/index.php)These are no doubt scams and just to prove the fine print. Read down at the bottom the fine print, it will tell you that the products are not endorsed.

There is a lawsuit pending now against 40 acai berry product companies using the names of Oprah, Dr Oz and others

What’s bad is the first ad Google put on this page is one of the ads for these scams. I will have to find a new ad source soon or try to filter out the scams.
