Google Steps up and Starts Suing Scams

December 8, 2009

Monday in Federal Court Google filed lawsuit against Pacific WebWorks for trademark infringement and dilution, unfair competition, federal cyber piracy and violation of consumer sales practices. This lawsuit can be amended as well to include more defendants as they are uncovered.
